ASF 2011 Furthering Market Resilience,Confidence and Potential

Dear ASF members, We are extremely pleased to be hosting the 2011 Asia Securities Forum (ASF) in Osaka on September 28 to 30. As the host for this year forum, the JSDA would like to extend our warmest welcome to all delegates and accompanying guests.Since its foundation in 1995, the ASF has provided its members with an open forum for the Asia-Pacific region’s securities markets. The ASF has fostered a common interest in the region’s growing markets.In March this year, Japan experienced a devastating earthquake and tsunami which claimed tens of thousands of human lives, causing tremendous economic loss. Nevertheless, we believe that our society has shown great resilience under these difficult circumstances and remained confident in recovery and, what is more, further development, which we believe will expedite reconstruction. Reflecting this tragic but surmountable experience, the JSDA has decided the theme of the conference as “Furthering Market Resilience, Confidence and Potential.” This website intends to assist ASF members in registering for the 2011 AGM, reserving hotel accommodation, and obtaining helpful information on the conference program as well as information about the city of Osaka.We are looking forward to seeing you soon !Japan Securities Dealers Association
